IELTS is accepted everywhere including for UK visas. PTE is fast, fully computer-based and accepted by nearly all universities and UKVI. TOEFL suits US applications. Duolingo is cheapest and taken at home but not accepted for visas. Choose the format you perform best in; they are equally hard.
