How long is the course?

Yes. There are no hidden costs. The official IELTS test fee is separate and paid to the test centre.

What if I miss a session?

Watch the recording and bring questions to the next session or message a tutor.

Do I get personal feedback?

Yes. Every writing task is marked individually and speaking sessions are one to one.

Can I switch groups?

Yes, subject to availability, at no charge.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund up to seven days before the course starts; none after the first session.

How big are the groups?

No more than twelve students.

Do you guarantee a band?

No one honestly can. Students who attend every session and complete the mock tests typically improve by a band or more.
