Oasis Learning Hub Ltd ("Oasis", "we") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Using our website or services means you have read this policy.
1. Who we are

4. Who we share it with
Universities you apply to; government visa authorities where you ask us to assist; loan and accommodation providers you ask to be introduced to; IT and hosting providers who process data on our instructions; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Universities and providers may be outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and on your explicit request where you ask us to send your application abroad.
6. Retention
We keep student files for six years after the last contact to answer queries about applications and visas, then delete or anonymise them. Enquiries that do not become files are deleted after two years. You may ask for earlier deletion, subject to legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@oasislearninghub.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
