Oasis Learning Hub was established in London in 2024 to do one thing well: get students from Asia and the Middle East into the right course, in the right country, at a cost their family can carry.
Who we are
We are an independent education consultancy, registered in England and Wales as Oasis Learning Hub Ltd, company number 16110066, with our office in Chiswick, west London.
Independent means we do not belong to a university group. We are paid a commission by a university when a student enrols, which is the standard arrangement across the sector. Students pay us nothing. We tell every student that at the first call, because you should know who pays us before you take our advice.
We advise on seven destinations: the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, the United States, Canada and Australia. We stop there deliberately. Each of those countries has its own admissions calendar, its own financial evidence rules and its own post-study work regime, and knowing them in detail is where applications are won and lost.
How we work
Four steps, one counsellor, and a written plan you keep.
We start with your numbers
Your grades, your English score if you have one, and what your family can actually fund for a year. Everything follows from those three things.
We build a shortlist, not a sales pitch
Five or six courses, each with the total cost of the year and an honest read on your chances. If none of them work, we say that instead of applying anyway.
We run the application
Statement, references, document checks, submission and follow-up. You approve everything before it is sent.
We stay until you arrive
Deposit, visa file, financial evidence, insurance, accommodation and the flight. Then we check in after your first week.
Students we work with
Our students apply from South Asia, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. We know those application routes because they are the only ones we handle.
- Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Nepali board and university transcripts, and how each converts
- Gulf-based applicants holding a residence visa rather than a home-country passport
- UK financial evidence rules, including the 28-day rule and which accounts are accepted
- German blocked accounts and the documents the embassy asks for
- Campus France procedures and the deadlines that catch people out
Why students choose us
We will tell you no
If your grades or your budget do not reach a course, you hear it on the first call. A refused visa costs you a year.

Your parents are welcome
Most of our calls have a parent on them. We answer their questions too, in the language of the household where we can.
