1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of oasislearninghub.com and our counselling services. The site is operated by Oasis Learning Hub Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Birmingham. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We provide information and counselling about international study, prepare and submit applications on your instruction, and introduce you to third-party loan and accommodation providers. We do not make admission or visa decisions and cannot guarantee any outcome. Universities, lenders and providers contract with you under their own terms.

3. Fees

Counselling, application support, visa guidance and accommodation introductions are free to students. We are paid by partner universities and providers. Optional services with a fee, such as IELTS classes, state the fee before you commit, and consumer cancellation rights apply.

4. Your responsibilities

Information and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own. You are responsible for meeting university and visa deadlines we tell you about, and for paying fees to universities and providers directly.

5. Use of the website

You may view and print pages for personal use. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content is our copyright or used under licence.

6. Accuracy

Fees, visa rules and costs on this site are indicative and change. We check them regularly but you must confirm with the university or authority before relying on them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for decisions made by universities, governments, lenders or providers, or for losses arising from inaccurate information you supplied.

8. Third-party links

We are not responsible for external websites.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
