2. What we do

We provide information and counselling about international study, prepare and submit applications on your instruction, and introduce you to third-party finance and accommodation providers. We do not make admission or visa decisions and we cannot guarantee any outcome. Universities, lenders and providers contract with you under their own terms.

3. Fees

Counselling, application support and visa guidance are free to students. We are paid a commission by universities when a student enrols. We do not charge students a fee at any stage, and we do not run paid tuition or test preparation courses.

4. Your responsibilities

Information and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own. You are responsible for meeting the deadlines we tell you about, and for paying fees to universities and providers directly.

5. Use of the website

You may view and print pages for personal use. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content is our copyright or used under licence.

6. Accuracy

Fees, visa rules and living costs on this site are indicative and change. We check them regularly, but you must confirm them with the university or the relevant authority before relying on them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for decisions made by universities, governments, lenders or providers, or for losses arising from inaccurate information you supplied to us.
