Referral programme terms and conditions

These terms govern the Oasis Learning Hub referral programme ("the programme"). By submitting a referral you accept them.

1. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or over may refer a prospective student. The referred person must not already be registered with Oasis Learning Hub, must apply to a partner university through Oasis, and must enrol and pay the first tuition instalment.

2. Reward

The reward amount is published on the referral page for the referrer's country of residence at the time the referred student enrols. Oasis may change amounts for future referrals at any time; changes do not affect referrals already submitted.

3. Payment

Rewards are paid by bank transfer within 60 days of the university confirming enrolment and first fee payment, which is typically within four months of the course start. The referrer must provide accurate bank details; Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

4. Exclusions

Referrals are not valid where the referred student has previously contacted Oasis, where the referrer is an employee or agent of Oasis or a partner university, where the referred student withdraws or is withdrawn before the first fee payment, or where either party has provided false information.

5. Data

Referral details are processed under our privacy policy. You must have the referred person's permission to share their details with us.

6. Changes and termination

Oasis may amend or end the programme at any time by updating this page. Rewards earned before a change remain payable.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
