Master's (MA/MSc): 1.5 to 2 years. 60 to 120 ECTS. Undivided master's: 5 to 6 years. Medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary science, law.
Hungary is known for medicine: Semmelweis, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged have taught English-language medical degrees for decades, and graduates practise across the EU, the UK and beyond after licensing exams. Beyond medicine, engineering, business and computer science degrees come at low fees, and Budapest is a beautiful, affordable capital.

Tuition of €3,500 to €9,000. Medicine and dentistry cost €14,000 to €18,000 a year. Living costs of €500 to €850 a month.
Entry requirements
A recognised bachelor's degree, usually at second-class honours or 55 to 65 percent depending on the university, English at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, and a statement of purpose. Some programmes add work experience or a portfolio.
