SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences
SRH Berlin is a private, state-recognised university of applied sciences with campuses in Berlin, Hamburg and Dresden. Almost all of its international programmes are taught in English.
About SRH Berlin
It teaches in short blocks: students take one subject at a time over a few weeks, are assessed, then move on. Students who have struggled with long exam seasons often do better under this model.
Its schools cover management, technology, film and design, and music, with a strong bias towards project work rather than lectures.

Is this a real German degree?
Yes. It is a state-recognised university of applied sciences and its degrees are accredited in Germany and recognised across the EU.
Why pay fees when German public universities are free?
Public places are free but heavily contested, mostly German-taught at bachelor's level, and the deadlines are inflexible. A private university of applied sciences is the realistic route for many applicants. We will always tell you if a free public place is within reach.
Do I need a blocked account?
