Pace University
Pace University has a campus in Lower Manhattan, a few streets from Wall Street, and a second in Westchester County north of the city.
About Pace
It built its name on accounting, finance and business, and has since grown strong computing, cybersecurity and health programmes.
Its appeal is the address. Being in Manhattan puts students inside the internship market rather than travelling to it, and the university leans on that heavily.

Campus and student life
Internships
A required or strongly encouraged internship on most business and computing programmes, in the city itself.
After you graduate
12 months of Optional Practical Training, with a 24-month extension for eligible STEM degrees.
Cost of living
Manhattan is the most expensive place on this site. Budget $2,000 to $2,800 a month, or use the Westchester campus.
Scholarships
Merit awards for international students are decided at the offer stage and can be substantial against the headline fee.
Questions about Pace
Can I really afford New York?
Only with a clear plan. We put tuition, rent, insurance and travel into one figure for the year before you apply, and we will tell you plainly if it does not work.
Is a private university better than a public one?
Not automatically. Private universities often give larger merit awards against a higher headline fee, so compare the net cost, not the sticker price.
What is the Westchester campus like?
Suburban, quieter, and considerably cheaper to live in, with a train into the city. Some programmes run on both campuses.
Do I need work experience for the MBA?
Pace prefers it but admits strong applicants without it into other business master's. We will tell you which fits your profile.
